Shipping Policy

For your convenience, we ship using the USPS. We make our best efforts to deliver products within 2 to 5 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. 

More importantly, we offer FREE local pickup. 

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will keep you in the loop via email when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

Afrikan Traditions is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of USPS in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;

B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or

C. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return any product you have purchased to us that is unused and undamaged, in its original condition within 15 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund. Returning your product is free of charge. We do not cover the cost of postage and handling for all returns.

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.

  • Merchandise (not including antiques, art, and household items) must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Merchandise must not be damaged, worn, altered, or washed.

  • Please try on footwear on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. Footwear must be returned unmarked and must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
